Willemstad

The fortified town of Willemstad spoils its visitors with a special combination of historical and culinary hospitality with numerous nice restaurants. Particularly interesting in terms of cultural history: the Mauritshuis, the Koepelkerk, the old town hall and the fortifications surrounding the city. And challenging through the rugged landscape, for example around the Hollandsch Diep. The marina provides a perfect base for your cruise.

Middelharnis

Already in the Middle Ages, the village of Middelharnis and the surrounding polders were secured with combined forces from the sea and was a base for fishermen for many centuries. Nowadays a cosy village with several shops, restaurants and terraces. On the southern bank of the Haringvliet we pass several bird breeding areas. Here, the "apparent flood" of the river has prevailed again for many years, and these areas offer nature lovers a beautiful view.

Hellevoetsluis

Marina Hellevoetsluis is a beautifully situated marina with spacious berths. When you enter the marina at the lighthouse, we can see the berths behind the swing bridge. The marina is located in the Hellevoetsluis fortress. So you and your ship are right in the middle of the busy centre, where many events are organised in the summer. There is more than enough to experience if you want to stay an extra day.The Hellevoetsluis site is centrally located in DELTA.

Tiengemeten (swimming time)

Enjoy anchoring near Tiengemeten, the only "real" island in the southwest of the Netherlands. It can only be reached by ferry from the Hoekse Waard, hence the oasis of tranquillity in the vast nature of the Delta. Get to know the grazing robust cattle, the marshy reed beds, thousands of water birds and centuries-old orchards. Maybe we'll get lucky and even discover beaver castles along the shore.

Bruinisse

Bruinisse is the home of many mussel fishermen. But with the presence of a large modern marina and a large holiday park it is always busy in the summer season with water sports enthusiasts and other visitors. Bruinisse is situated on the largest saltwater lake in Europe, the Grevelingenmeer. Crystal clear water without tides or currents with plenty of room to enjoy swimming, fishing, playing and much more!

Brouwershaven

The enormous diversity of the Grevelingen is evident from the huge choice of stops on this waterway. Like most old towns in Zeeland, Brouwershaven used to be a fishing village but was also a place of trade. The prosperity this brought has been beautifully preserved in beautiful gables and buildings along the harbour. Crystal-clear salt water, cosy little towns, islands with beautiful modern jetties in the middle of nature and all this without the influence of the tides. The Grevelingen, a true paradise for many!

De Heen

The small, cosy marina in the middle of the reeds of the province of Brabant offers a wonderful base. Walk along paths through the bird paradise of Dintelse Gorzen or view the rich nature from the bird house in this walking area. There is also much to discover in Beneden Sas. Take a guided tour of the historic lock complex or climb the 15-metre staircase that has been built near the bunker to experience the nature reserve from above. Afterwards, you can quench your hunger or thirst in the beautiful farm garden of the Beneden Sas restaurant.
