The interior

There are three very substantial cabin berths for two people in this vessel. At the stern, in the “rear cabin” (the namesake of this model range), is the largest cabin for the skipper and his companion. A free-standing double bed and more than enough storage space in and around the bed ensure that a stay of several weeks on board is also very comfortable. En suite a beautiful and spacious shower cubicle with the electric toilet completely separate, further adding to the luxurious look and very high level of comfort.

The second cabin, also very spacious, is located in the forecastle aft of the bow. Again, a spacious double bed with separate private shower and separate electric toilet. The third cabin is also partly in the forecastle and has two separate single beds. The occupants of this cabin share facilities with the forward cabin. More than enough storage and stowage space can also be found in the forecastle, for example under the stairs to the forecastle and in the spacious wardrobes and under the beds. So with a complete so you can find a place for everyone’s luggage. The saloon of the Linssen Grand Sturdy 45.0 AC also benefits from the extra metres of length and width and is equipped with a separate train seat with dining table opposite the compact but very elegantly furnished galley. A cosy seating area overlooking the aft peak is ideal for reading a book or watching TV. The galley is equipped with an electric refrigerator and freezer, an all-electric cooker, and an oven and microwave. The presence of a large generator means you’ll never suffer for power, whether you’re ashore or underway. The comfortable seating area on this vessel is also equipped with Linssen’s Easy Sleep Convert system. This allows the sofa to be converted into a spacious double bed with just a flick of the wrist. This makes the yacht sleep a total of 8 people (short stay only).
